Deadly Outbreak released in 1996 directed by Rick Avery he directed the Expert which I've yet to see. It stars Jeff Speakman as as Sargent Dutton Hatfield, Ron Silver as Colonel Baron & Rochelle Swanson as Dr. Allie Levin. Start off in Washington DC this disgruntled Colonel has a group of men set charges to DC. He & his group then hijack a plane & take it to Israel. Then we meet Sargent Dutton Hatfield he is taking him to a chemical laboratory & doesn't know what Baron is about oh but Hatfield finds out cause when Baron's men take the laboratory over they shoot & kill a lot of people it's a brutal scene. This is a fun movie ok you have Jeff Speakman kicking a great kempo. There's this Scientist Allie she has this canister that has this fatal gas which SGT Hatfield has to save a lot but she's not annoying so it makes for a fun movie. Baron as all terrorists in these types of movies wants billions & a jet. Yes this was a bad outline for the plot. Jeff Speakman delivers & he's is a very underrated action star. Ron Silver he was good the villain he does good with these roles. Rochelle Swanson suprised me she had a likeable character.
