Cast: Barry Watson, Emily Deschanel, Skye McCole Bartusiak, Lucy Lawless, Tory MussettEver since he was 8 years old and witnessed a monstrous entity steal his father from his bedroom, a now-grown Tim (Barry Watson) has been plagued by the fear that the same horrible tragedy could befall him. When his mother (Lucy Lawless) suddenly dies, Tim must return to his childhood home in the countryside to confront the nightmare that has haunted him all his life, his only support being a mysterious and courageous young girl (Skye McCole Bartusiak) who appears to be the only other person who sees the evil presence that Tim dreads.
